Kerry Troccoli


Kerry leverages a wide variety of business and technical experience in several industries to help Anfeald manage its business functions seamlessly and that allow associates to focus on outstanding client-services.

Originally hailing from the midwest – Kerry’s quiet but ever-present work-ethic of relentless dedication to quality helps sustain Anfeald’s growth.

Andrew Troccoli


Andy and has worked in general-industry-related and construction-related positions across the occupational health, safety, environmental health spectrum in one fashion or another since 1992.  With experience ranging from industrial emergency response and work as an emergency medical technician to development and management of programs ranging across the safety, health, environmental health and sustainability, business insurance and physical-security.  Andy has provided thousands of students with occupational safety and health training across numerous safety and health topics.

Andy has a Bachelor’s of Science in Environmental Health from the Department of Environmental and Radiological Health Sciences at Colorado State University, he is a Certified Safety Professional (CSP) and he is a Certified Hazardous Materials Manager (CHMM).  Andy has been OSHA-authorized and reauthorized multiple times in both general industry and construction and has attended hundreds of hours of continuing education training on technical topics, communication, human behavior and change managment at various organizations including the Harvard School of Public Health, OSHA Training Institutes the American Society of Safety Engineers and many other organizations.

Andy has served as both an officer and a chair of the Rocky Mountain Chapter of the American Society of Safety Engineers (ASSE). He is also the co-founder and was a board member of the Fort Collins, Colorado non-profit Hand-Up Cooperative.  Andy  currently serves as a board member of another Fort Collins non-profit, Homeless Gear.

I want our clients to know that Anfeald is a highly competent and capable firm but even more importantly, that we are a client-driven organization established from day one for the sole-purpose of exceeding client expectations in every area we work.

Joe Seaman


Joe has been an instructor with Anfeald since 2014. Joe is a Lieutenant with Windsor Severance Fire Rescue and is their Hazmat lead since 2008. He is a highly trained and seasoned instructor having worked in numerous roles including as an Instructor at Lieutenant Windsor Severance Fire Rescue, Lead Instructor for Front Range Fire Consortium and Lead Instructor at AIMS Community College. His certifications include Fire Fighter I and II, EMT-B, Hazmat Operations and Technician, Driver Operator I, Pumper, Fire Instructor I (CO), Fire Officer I (CO) and Blue Card ICS Certified.

In a previous life, Joe was a property manger for various locations including apartments, storage rentals and open property.  Joe also worked in the crop insurance business.  Joe is a lifelong resident of Windsor, Colorado where he currently resides with his wife and children.

Matt Johnson


Matt is a long-time law enforcement and public safety professional and has worked extensively with Anfeald in a variety of roles since 2008.  Matt has worked in building and executing physical-safety and security plans in small business and public-space environments.

Matt has worked in law-enforcement since 2001.  Matt is the current Public Information Officer for his agency, was a member of his department’s special weapons and tactics (SWAT) team and has worked as a Federal Special Agent with immigrations and Customs Enforcement (ICE).

In addition to his background in the insurance and law enforcement fields, Matt is an affiliate faculty member at Regis University’s School of Humanities & Social Sciences, where he teaches a complement of undergraduate and graduate criminology and decision making courses.  Matt holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Western State College and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Regis University.

Matthew Pearson


Matthew Pearson is a trainer and consultant for Anfeald.  Matthew’s background in Fire Science, Occupational Safety and Health, and Environmental Health along with his 12 years of professional experience in emergency response, hazardous materials response, technical and confined space rescue, 911-dispatch and related emergency-response areas make him an invaluable asset to the Anfeald team.

Matthew has worked with the Department of Homeland Security under the FEMA Urban Search and Rescue Program on Colorado USAR Task Force One. He has also has worked in the construction industry, general industry and warehousing.   Matthew is a certified Emergency Medical Technician (Basic; Colorado), a Hazardous Materials Technician (HMT, Colorado), Hazardous Materials Specialist (DHS/FEMA), Fire Instructor I (Pro Board) and a Firefighter II (FFII), and has delivered courses to local, state and federal agencies.

William Brazile


Dr. Brazile is passionate about employee occupational health and safety and has more than 20 years of experience in the health, safety and environmental (ES&H) field.  Bill is a certified industrial hygienist (CIH) and an Associate Professor at Colorado State University in the Occupational and Environmental Health Section.  He currently teaches graduate-level courses in occupational noise control, occupational safety, industrial hygiene, ES&H management systems, industrial hygiene laboratory, and ES&H interdisciplinary symposium.

Before joining CSU in 2005, Dr. Brazile worked at Los Alamos National Laboratory for 10 years in numerous ES&H and team leader roles including ES&H management systems assessment, hazardous waste operations, ES&H contractor oversight, industrial hygiene, and ES&H training.  Dr. Brazile has a proven track record of effectively leading and managing teams of technical experts in developing ES&H related products.
